No, Deploying Clarity isn’t coaching—at least not in the traditional sense. We’re more like your strategic partner, shining a light on the insights you need to see your path clearly. Instead of long-term guidance, we focus on giving you that pivotal perspective that sparks action, whether you’re refining a business idea, leading a team, or navigating personal growth. Which Session Should I Book for My First Time?
We recommend starting with a 90-minute session for your first time. This allows us more time to understand your context, explore your goals in-depth, and lay out a more detailed strategy. The extra time can be particularly beneficial for first-timers to ensure we cover all necessary ground and provide you with a solid foundation for clarity.
When Should I Book a 60-Minute Session?
A 60-minute session is ideal if you're seeking clarity on a specific, well-defined issue or revisiting a topic we've previously discussed. It's tailored for quick, focused insights where you already have some clarity but need that final push or confirmation.
What if I'm Unsure About the Complexity of My Situation?
If you're uncertain, err on the side of booking the 90-minute session. It provides the flexibility to explore various aspects of your challenge or opportunity, ensuring you leave with a comprehensive understanding and actionable plan.
Can I Extend a 60-Minute Session to 90 Minutes if Needed?
While our sessions are scheduled for the time you book, we do strive for flexibility. If you find during your 60-minute session that you need more time, we can discuss extending in the moment or scheduling another session to continue the conversation.
Is Meeting on Another Day Possible?
Finding a solution is what I do best, so if you reach out with a message, specifying your ideal times to meet, I will be in touch.
How Will the Service Be Delivered?
Most sessions will be virtual, but if you are in Switzerland, it can be held in person at your request. Just reach out by contacting us.
Payments
Payments ought to be straightforward and foster confidence, which is why we address your questions.
I Don't Want to Pay in USD. Are There Alternatives?
When you book your session, select "Offline" as a payment option. After the session, I will send you a payment link for all major currencies available through Stripe (e.g., CHF, EUR, GBP, ZAR, etc). A 2% conversion fee will be added to the previous business day's spot rate (ECB rate).
What Payment Options Do You Offer?
The easiest option is to pay "online" at the time of the booking. However, we also offer "offline" payments when you prefer to pay in another currency.

What Is Your Cancellation and Refund Policy?
You will not be charged if you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a "clarity session", and provide constructive feedback, 100% of the session fee will be refunded.
